Fees are to be paid 48 hours prior to an initial assessment and on invoice for all other services
PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE
Dr Marlborough of Wren Psychology is a registered Clinical Psychology provider for Bupa, Vitality Health Insurance, AXA PPP Healthcare, Aetna Global Benefits, Aviva, WPA, Cigna and other providers via Innovate Healthcare.
Before a client is accepted by Wren Psychology agreement should be made between the health insurer and Wren Psychology for the number of sessions, type of work and agreement on fees paid. Wren Psychology will contact the client to make appointments once this agreement has been given in writing by the health insurer.
In some cases, some clients may need to pay an excess on their policy or top up payments directly to Wren Psychology. Wren Psychology and the health insurer will alert the client to this in these instances and payment should be made by bank transfer within 14 days of being notified quoting the invoice number.
ACCESS TO WORK
In some cases the Government's Access to work scheme will fund coaching. Information can be found here and please contact us if you have questions

Indicative Prices
TRAINING
Either a 3 hour training session or 2 x 1.5 hour sessions are from £300. This may vary depending on the numbers in the session, travel costs and resources needed. Training packages are available at a cost of £100 per hour. Please contact us for further discussion about your training needs.
CONSULTATION, REFLECTIVE PRACTICE AND SUPERVISION
Please contact us to discuss you needs further. There are a variety of packages that can be put in place for your school. On average ad hoc consultation costs are £100 per hour plus travel. However, day rates are very competitive and negotiable depending on your needs.
